Group Exercise Programs

About PDC Group Exercise Program

At PDC Allied Health we offer 3 different types of group programs. Each class consists of no more than 6 people at a time and you will be participating using your own specifically designed program.

This program is designed for you after your initial face to face assessment with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologist's and will be a combination of resistance, cardio and strength training - depending on your body and health needs.

The group sessions run once a week for 8 weeks and you will be supervised by one of our Exercise Physiologist's. It's a fantastic opportunity to exercise socially in a safe, supportive environment.

How to access Group Exercise Programs

If you have Type 2 Diabetes you are able to access via referral from your GP - this allows you to claim a rebate on each session. Please note, that it is a separate referral to your 5 Care Plan visits.

If you don't have Type 2 Diabetes and are just looking to get back into exercise safely, you don't require a referral and can contact us on the numbers below to book in. Some Private Health Care Insurer's will provide a rebate for Exercise Physiology sessions - you will need to contact your provider to find out if your eligible.
